I'm a new member (Just signed up just now) and am seeking the opposite of what you're looking for.
Would love to learn Japanese, and I can assist in English.
I'm not too sure how everything here functions just yet, but apparently I can't send emails unless I've got a gold membership.
Maybe here would do (If not violating any rules). Do you mind me asking for assistance when required? My level is probably that of pre-schooler's... σ(^_^;)
