age and academic limitation
I have worked in Civil Service for a long time . Indeed there are a lot

of people adore my work because of my penion and stable but I often make

an application to transfer to other department. Unfortunately I failed

so many time because of the qualification requirement and age limit.

Latest I short of job interview . The competitive is pretty high

especially the fresh graduated and youth. Anyway I never give up until

I approach my retirement.
