Re:i like this guy and hes Puerto Rican
Hey there... Well I cant really help you with teaching Spanish since I myself am trying to find help but I can help you with the vocab. Boricua is in another words 'a Puerto Rican'...They call themselves Boricuas. And the word 'papi ' is basically used when addressing someone. Like for ex, you ask him "Hey Papi, how are you?" And he replies "Hey Mami, Im doing fine thank you". Hope that helps and good luck.

Re:i like this guy and hes Puerto Rican
After 10 years of dating Puerto Rican and South American chicas...I can help you out. Boricua is the term for Puerto Rican, like saying your American, not "I'm from the United States. Papi is a term of endearment latin women use for their men, technically meaning Daddy, but not quite so incestuous. Latin women are not at all like anglo women, they expect their man to take charge, lead the way...in essence,,be the father figure. When they see that, you are their papi....Most Latin men I know, and me too as a white guy, like to be called that...especially in intimate situations. Hope that helps.
