exchanging experience in swimming
Well I'm training for a triathlon race and I just begun to have some issues with swimming long distances. I found on the internet some really interesting stuff but is in german :( I'm not a top german translator. Whoever can help with a book name or to learn in a fast way german, cause I will need it further also, is welcome.
