Hi, the term "how comes" is not used in English. 'How goes it' would be used. The person who said that did not know English very well. Hope this helps.

There are several ways of describing time
i.e. mo fek al kot dokter - i just went to see the doctor
mo ti al kot dokter- i went * * *
mo pu al kot dokter- i will * * *
mo bizin al- i must go.. mo ti bizin...- i needed to...
past can also be expressed by ine i.e.
mo'ne fer ene bon travay which can also be expressed by
mo'ne kas ene gran montayne - i did a lot of work
zot ine kas mo tay-zongl - they broke my nail cutter
