I'm French so I can help help you if you want.
You can say something like "Je suis perdue, pouvez-vous me dire où est (name of the place you want to go) s'il vous plaît?" (translation: I'm lost, could you tell me where is (...) ?)
If you got problems with the prounonciation, tell me !
