Re:need a help in english!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First off our culture is made up of more then you think. We are sure you could find some of your customs here to. As for our laws we are not ruled by a monarchy we have a whole government with noone in full control sohow everything can in some way be ruled out. Look up Declaration of Independence. This will help you with our laws and rights.

Re:have to
There is no difference, except that:

"I have to do it"

is considered more grammatically correct.

"I have got" is a common construction and is acceptable in common speech, but it is not exactly grammatically correct. Depending on the meaning you wish to convey, you could say:

"I have to do it" which means "I am required to do it, I have no choice"

or

"I got to do it" which is in the past tense, and more expressive of a past opportunity to do do something, rather than a compelling requirement to do something.

Hope this helps!
