Books I really like are old ones in dated english XD
I personally recommend reading the works of Edgar Allen Poe.
I think many people leaning English should try reading Harry Potter in English. Since it's translated in so many languages, it's well known so you will already have a basic understanding of what's going on.

2nd book is perhaps unavailable in any languages except Bengali.It has been published just 1 or 2 years ago in Original version(Bengali).

A good book series that I've read is called the Maximum Ride series. It's by James Patterson. It's got quite a bit of suspense mixed with some sci-fi. It's really good. One of my favorites:)

hi, you mean the level of books in japanese? if you like Japanese manga, you can enjoy them and improve your reading skills. or if you like japanese literature, i recommend Murakami Haruki or Yoshimoto Banana to you. Enjoy :)
