Spanish boy looking for Japanese face to face language exchange in Madrid

Looking for Japanese and Mongolian speakers!
Hey everyone,
I am really interested in mongolia and japan - the only problem is I don't know how to speak these languages at all!! It is a shame cause I'd really to love to go and visit these beautiful places, but it's kinda hard not knowing how to speak the language..
I'd really appreciate if someone capable of japanese and/or mongolian were willing to write me:)
