Hello Aki,
Wow, for just one year your english is great! I am new to this site and would be interested in seeing if we can help each other out! I can understand more japanese than I can speak but I can get by in the language. I grew up with english only in the home. My dad's side of the family is in Japan and I have lived in the U.S. almost my whole life. The japanese I know now comes from having heard it from my grandmother when she came to visit every summer when I was a child and also from Saturday Japanese School which I was forced to go to when I was a child. I didn't appreciate it then but really long to become fluent in the language now. I am planing a visit to Japan for just a short stay this July. Definitely need to brush up on it! Let's see if we can help each other out!
