Learning Italian myself I feel that the best way to learn a language is just having a conversation. So my approach would be to have most of the hour be conversation, working on pronunciation and grammar format at the same time as training the ear to listen to English. |

I hold a CELTA certification , which is accredited by the University of Cambridge. The CELTA approach, one that I agree with very much, is student-cente red. Essentially, what I will teach will depend on what the student is ready to learn. This is determined as much by the teacher as by the student. Through a method that relies very much on 'guiding' teacher and student work together towards an organic understanding and command of the language for the student. As an important aspect of this teaching method, all classes/sessi ons will only use English. |
