I have been living and working in arabic countries for the past 3 years (Egypt, Syria and Libya) and have developped a real passion for the arabic language. I would like to keep improving my arabic.
The arabic I speak is the Lebanese / Syrian dialect. I have never taken any 'proper' teaching classes but I have been learning with people, and taken private conversation lessons. I have accumulated a lot of vocabulary but my gramar and sentence structure are poor. I can read letters and words (very slowly) but I can't really read any text as I dont understand classical arabic.
I would prefer to keep on learning the Shams dialect, and improve my reading skills.
Looking for a teacher (preferably female)of Syrian / Lebanese origins for 1 or 2 sessions of 1h30 per week in Dubai. Around Marina.
