I am a first year B arts/law student looking to begin learning arabic at university in 2008. Until then, I want to give myself a solid foundation in the language through face-to-face lessons this year. I am a keen student with some experience in other languages (Japanese and other bits from travel)althou gh none in Middle Eastern languages. I wish to learn Arabic not only for personal enjoyment, but also to further my career. One lesson a week would be my preferred timeframe.
