I have been living in india and have a owrking knowledge of hindi. i want to improve my vocabularly and fluency. also want to learn from hindi script which i can already read. I want to learn Hinid so I can talk to my girlfriend, I know she would appreciate it if I can talk to her in one of her naitve langues, Muhrati(not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) or Hindi, I figured Hindi would be a more universal Indian languge, and would be easier to find ways to learn, I know no Hindi at all, I am a complete begginer.

Non-indian female married to indian born man wishes to find professional hindi or urdu teacher in Kolkata. Have studied both hindi (spoken only) and urdu (spoken only) previously, but need to study more intense, either every-day classes together with other students, or private lessons 5-6 days/week. Most important is that the teacher is professional and competent to teach hindi to foreigners. Will also need a certificate after completed course.
Wish to begin classes in end of january or beginning of february 2005 for one month. Lives in central Kolkata.
