I am interested in the Japanese language and culture. Also being a professional in the finance industry, I believe learning Japanese would help me later benefit my career. I am a beginner, so I do not have any prior knowledge about Japanese. I would like to focus more of my learning in conversation. If time works, I would like to put one to two hours per week on the tutoring. Since I am just trying to start learning the language, and I want to put more focus on my conversation skills, I wish my tutor can speak like a native.

Konichiwa,
I am kind of an otaku, so i want to learn japanese to watch anime they way it was intended to be watched. Also I like the music so actually understanding what they are singing without having to look up the translated lyrics would be great. I only know a couple of key words and phrases and working on getting hiragana memorized before moving to katakana. I think my grammar would need the most work. If i could find a good teacher thats fun, i would dedicate as much time as needed to learn.
