I am a beginner. I want to teach English in a Thai school. Conversation is my greatest need, but I want to read and write Thai. I want it to be a #1 priority after work, i.e., I am serious. I know very little Thai presently, but wish to learn the language because I am interested in the possibility of someday teaching in Thailand, or working with Thai students in Alaska. I need grammar instruction as well as lots of practice in conversing. I am not sure how much time I could devote to these lessons, but maybe something like 4-5 hours a week. I am looking for a teacher whose first language is Thai, who speaks English, and whose lessons include book learning and occasional hands on/experience learning (cooking a Thai dish, ordering at a Thai restaurant, etc....).
