I have no understanding of Hindi except for a few words I've heard in the house. My parents first language and my first language is Hindi, but they learned a bit because they were born and bred in India. I want to learn this language for my own personal reasons, being on Indian ethnicity I feel I should know one of the languages of my country. Also, I act and think knowing this language would come in handy for roles. I need to learn Hindi from foundation to expert.
I can dedicated 5hrs a week to this course including study time. I want a patient but challenging teacher. Hope it's you!:)

I would like to learn to speak hindi. I am a beginner and have no prior knowledge of the langauge.
I have long wanted to learn hindi for various reasons but even more so now because in summer 2010 I will be spending 12 weeks in India as part of my medical degree. Therefore, I would like to have a firm grasp of the language by then.
I am willing too spend all of my time between July-Septembe r 2009 learning the language (I will have less time from the end of September onwards due to university commitments.

Hello,
My name is FIRDOS, i am working as a personal secretary. I have done Diploma in Secretarial practice and B.Com. In SSLC i have scored 47 in Hindi subject which was the third language for me. I dont know to speak Hindi. I need to lear Spoken Hindi which is very necessary for me in my professional life as well as personal life. Please help me and give me some suggestion. Preferrably evening time between 6 pm to 7 pm or 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm is the convenient time for me to attend the classes. I want live teacher and i dont want through online or email anything like that. I am staying in Mysore.
