I travel to Japan often but have difficulty getting around because of the language barrier. I would like to improve my Japanese skills so I may be able to read signs easily and converse properly with locals, and I would like to be able to work in Japan someday.
I took a beginner Japanese course in College. I know very basic words and terms, I learned Hiragana and Katakana and a few Kanji, however I am very rusty at remembering the characters, and I learned the sentence structure.
I have an erratic schedule since I am a flight attendant, however, I would like to learn as much as I can, I would like to do 2 hour lessons as often as I can.
I would like a tutor that is flexible because of my schedule, lets me use material in Hiragana and Katakana rather than Romaji, I would like a teacher who not only teaches language but teaches meanings or history behind words, terms or symbols.

I had a liking for French since when i was small. I currently am beginner but aims to improve. I would like to be helped in all areas of French from pronounciatio n to writing effieciently. I would like to dedicate at most one and a half hour every alternative day for French. The qualities i am looking forward to in my teacher are : friendly and well- qualified.
