I am able to understand Hindi at a beginner to intermediate level but I would like to learn to read and write as well as converse proficiently. I have plans to move to Mumbai within 1.5 years and I would like to be able to function effectively while there. I must improve my conversationa l skills. Ideally I would like to dedicate 1 evening a week or possibly 2 (3-4h total). I would like to find a teacher with patience and humor, I find those qualities help me learn effectively.

2. Very basic listening and speaking skills at present from living and working in Pakistan and India since 2001 as a professional.
3. Need improvement in listening and speaking skills - communicative approach.
4. Can dedicate 4 - 6 hours per week for language lessons.

I am a MA and BA graduate - also a TESOL international ly qualified English teacher but not presently teaching in India.
