I am being transferred to Istanbul, Turkey for a new job assignment. I will be there for approximately 3- 5 year, and would therefore like to be able to speak basic conversationa l Turkish.
S ince I have no previous Turkish language experience, I definitely would need to start at an elementary (beginner) level.
I possible, I would like to dedicate 2-3 hours per week to my language lessons, for a total of 3-4 months.
I would also like to have my wife present for the language classes (2 students).

I am a beginner i know a few basic words and can carry a minimalistic conversation. Im taking it because i enjoy the language and would love to speak it fluently, and i have a lot of turkish friends i can practice with. I currently study abroad in the U.S. and im goint to be in Kuwait for a month..so i am willing to meet up as often as needed ..basically i would like to gain some expertise in the language within a month.
