I'm very interested in learning Japanese as I would love to participate in the JET program in 2014 and being able to speak Japanese would greatly improve my chances of being accepted into the program.
I have little knowledge of the language apart from a few common words and phrases. I would like to learn how to read Japanese script and be able to have a conversation in Japanese.
I am very dedicated to this as I really want to be accepted into the JET program next year and I am more than willing to put in a lot of hard work.

Hello,
I am looking for a Japanese teacher here on Dubai who I can meet with once a week. My level is beginner-inte rmediate as I have studied Japanese previously but stopped due to work.
I have my textbooks for Kanji and grammar. I'd like to study with a focus on reading.
