Portuguese is part of my heritage and I am going to visit the country in the next year,my grandmother and father spoke Portuguese bt we children never learnt it. i will dedicate as much time as is required. The qualities in my teacher is obviously very high as they would have to be fluent and very knowledgeable as would be expected when one is paying for lessons

I want to speak Portuguese fluently as soon as possible so that I have a realistic chance of finding a job here in BH.
I have only been speaking for 3 months but I am learning quickly as I also speak French and, more importantly, Spanish.
I want to have a very intensive period learning Portuguese so that I can learn asap.
A teacher with a lot of teaching experience would be great. It may be an advantage for them to toeach English as this can sometimes help explain differences in the 2 languages.
