I am really interested in learning turkish as i currently have a turkish partner and i am always travelling to and from, so would love to be able to speak the language myself.
I no some of the basics, but would much prefer to start of on a beginners basis. I currently work full time so would have to be evening lessons or sundays as i also work saturdays.

The main reason for wanting to learn Russian and Turkish is for the purpose of career advancement. I will start my PHD program in political science next year, and my area of focus is Eastern Europe/Caucas us. Many of the documents and articles written on that region are either in Turkish or Russian. Learn both languages would definitely help. I do not have a background in either language, and will need to start from scratch.
