My name is Hanna Yogaswaran. I´m married to Malaysian tamil and we have three children.
My level in tamil is beginner. I would like to learn tamil to talk to my in laws and family in Malaysia and to some friends we have in India. My plan and my biggest hope is to have teacher to teach me and our children esp our oldest boy who is 7 years and don´t know one word of his fathers familys language. Of course we manage in English, but I think this would be very important for all of us. My husband is talking English to our children so our teatcher could use English as teaching language.
I think suitable time could be app. two hours per week maybe once two hours or twice an hour/week.
I hope our teacher could make the learning interesting for child/childre n.

I am looking for a teacher who can teach me spoken Tamil for informal conversations and situations.
I can dedicate around 2 hours a week for an actual lesson and am quite happy to do 'homework' or self study in between lessons. I am looking for lessons on a long term basis though am willing to be flexible and work around your timetable if this helps
I am also willing to travel up to an hour for lessons if this helps. I am a beginner though I do know odd words and phrases.

I am a beginner with no prior knowledge of this language. I am hoping to learn Tamil, for my boyfriend in order to communicate with his mother.
